 What to expect if something isn't right

Digital Products (eBooks)

Final Sale

All digital product sales are final. Because eBooks are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds once the file has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue accessing your eBook, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it.

Physical Products

If a physical item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund. We do not accept returns for change of mind on physical products.
